Overall great experience and professional. I traveled from 8 hours away, flew into DFW and drove the vehicle back home. Bobby James was very helpful, honest and professional. The truck I bought was as described and I suggest if you want one of the available vehicles to put a deposit because they sell fast!! Not to mention the deposit was refundable! Great place.

Let me tell you about this guy Christopher D-Man Farricker. That’s my nickname for him D-Man you want to know why? Because he gets it Done Man. I only had to put a couple grand down and I drove my Cadillac home that same afternoon. Every other dealership and car lot that I went to were all saying that no bank would touch me without the minimum of $5,000 down and I was going to have to wait until the bank approved my loan and all of my paystubs and insurance coverage was verified before I would be able to take possession of my car. Thank goodness I decided to go see Chris before I made my final decision because I got to keep more than half of my money in my pocket, I got a lower interest rate a lower monthly payment and I got to drive my car home that night.

I called Richard about a Dodge truck for sale, he was quick to answer, polite and very upfront. He told me everything he knew about the car and was very upfront about everything. I sent someone to look at the truck for me, Richard was helpful and setting it all up. Never pushy, always willing to help. When the truck wasn't the right truck for me (Richard warned me it may not be what I was looking for), he was great about a refund and there was zero drama or pressure.
